often at the Topanga Canyon Inn. All art lovers and collectors are

Enjoy Topanga Canyon's natural beauty by Hiking in Topanga State Park. Amid the
caves, cliffs and canyons of the Santa Monica Mountains, this park features
nearly forty miles of trails and views of the Pacific Ocean, Los Angeles and
the San Fernando Valley. Walk

up the private road from the Topanga
Canyon Inn and you are in the park. See our

Geocaching is your thing, we have in excess of 300 geocaches within hiking
distance of our Inn.

Go
Mountain or Road biking with a rental or new bike from
Topanga Creek Bicycles at
1273 N. Topanga Canyon Blvd. They also do repairs and upgrades.

Get on a
horse. Call our friends,
Los Angeles Horseback
Riding, at 818 591 2032. Their Ranch was voted the
most beautiful place to trail ride by Los Angeles Magazine.

Golf locally at numerous links. There are eighteen within ten miles.

Go to the
Beach: Topanga, Malibu, Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica...there's lots of
sand out there.

Fish
off the beach, local piers or boats out of Marina del Rey.

Surf Zuma, County Line, Mugu, Supertubes, Port Hueneme to the
north. Surf Manhattan, Hermosa, Haggerty's and Lunada Bay to the
south. Topanga, Malibu and Chevron Reef are among the best surf breaks
in Southern California and are just down the hill from our Inn.

In winter
you can Ski in several local mountain ranges 1 1/2 to 2 hours drive.
You can ice-skate locally year round.
- The Topanga Earth Day
Festival is usually in the middle of April, and celebrates Mother Earth with musicians, performers, drum and musical workshops, speakers and
other exciting events. Come to Topanga Days Country Fair on Memorial
Day weekend.
- Visit the Getty Villa just down the road near where Topanga Canyon Blvd.
ends at the beach. This museum with gardens is modeled after a Roman
villa and features Greek, Roman and Etruscan antiquities. Call 310 440

Admission is free, you just pay for parking.
