"The Art of Landscape 2010" Juried Art Show
will take place at the Topanga Canyon Inn from April 20 through May 10, 2010
with a champagne reception on Sunday, April 25 1:00 - 5:00 PM.
All art lovers and collectors are welcome to join us for the reception or
view this exhibition by appointment during the above dates.

Enjoy Topanga Canyon's natural beauty by hiking, mountain biking or
horseback riding in Topanga State Park. Amid the
caves, cliffs and canyons of the Santa Monica Mountains, this park features
nearly forty miles of trails and views of the Pacific Ocean, Los Angeles and
the San Fernando Valley. Walk

up the private road from the Topanga
Canyon Inn and you are in the park.

Geocaching is your thing, we have in excess of 300 geocaches within hiking
distance of our Inn.

Go mountain
or road biking with a rental or new bike from
Topanga Creek Bicycles at
1273 N. Topanga Canyon Blvd. They also do repairs and upgrades.

Get on a
horse for a trail ride. Call our friends,
Los Angeles Horseback
Riding, at 818 591 2032. Their Ranch was voted the
most beautiful place to trail ride by Los Angeles Magazine.

Go to the
beach: Topanga, Malibu, Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica...there's lots of
sand out there.

Fish
off the beach, local piers or boats out of Marina del Rey.

Surf
Topanga, Malibu, Zuma, County Line, Mugu, Supertubes, Port Hueneme to the
north. Surf Chevron Reef, Manhatten, Hermosa, Haggerty's and Lunada
Bay to the south. Malibu and Chevron Reef are among the best surf
breaks in Southern California and are just down the hill from our Inn.

In winter
you can ski in several local mountain ranges 1 1/2 to 2 hours drive.
You can ice-skate locally year round.
- The Topanga Earth Day
Festival is usually in the middle of April, and celebrates Mother Earth with musicians, performers, drum and musical workshops, speakers and
other exciting events. Come to Topanga Days Country Fair on Memorial
Day weekend.
- Visit the Getty Villa just down the road near where Topanga Canyon Blvd.
ends at the beach. This museum with gardens is modeled after a Roman
villa and features Greek, Roman and Etruscan antiquities. Call 310 440
