Organized by the Topanga Canyon Gallery, where the tour starts, participants get to drive their cars through the colorful neighborhoods of Topanga going from one artist studio to another. Forty to fifty diverse artists open up their studios each year with artwork raging from traditional fine art and crafts to contemporary art and design.
A silent auction of 8x8 size works and artists' reception takes place at the gallery at the end of the first day of the tour.
Reggae On the Mountain serves as a crucial fundraiser for the Topanga Community Club and helps to see that its doors stay open and that its programs flourish. Festival producers Amit Gilad and Brooks Ellis founded Reggae On The Mountain in 2008. Both are born and raised in Topanga Canyon and are passionate about music, nature and community. The partnership has created the unique experience of an outdoor, scenic and secluded reggae festival unlike any other in Los
Angeles. Come catch the spirit of love and unity under the sun in the heart of nature, and let the the music and positive vibrations take you higher!
